We discuss your goals, assess your skin and hair type, answer your questions, and carry out a patch test to confirm the treatment is right for you.

24–48 hours after your patch test, your first laser session takes place. Sessions are quick. A small area like the upper lip can take as little as 10 minutes.

Shave the area 24 hours before your session. Do not wax, epilate or use hair removal cream for at least 4 weeks prior. The hair root needs to be intact for the laser to work. There is minimal downtime. You may experience some redness or mild sensitivity in the treated area for a few hours afterwards. This is completely normal. You can return to most daily activities immediately. We recommend avoiding hot showers, saunas, and intense exercise for 24 hours post-treatment.

No. We don't treat active tans. Natural sun tans and fake tan products both increase the risk of burning and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation with laser. You need to wait until your tan has fully faded. Sun exposure should be avoided for at least 2 weeks before any session. If you're unsure whether your skin tone is ready, a patch test will confirm. Your safety always comes first.
Most clients notice a visible reduction in hair density after 3–4 sessions as treated hairs shed in the 1–3 weeks following each appointment. Progressive improvement continues throughout the course.
