Street parking is available directly on Baker Street and on surrounding roads. There are also pay & display bays a short walk away in Enfield Town centre. We've never had a client struggle to park.
About 5 minutes on foot. Enfield Town station is served by the Greater Anglia Overground line from Liverpool Street, a great option if you'd rather not drive. Exit the station and head north up Cecil Road towards Baker Street.
Both the W8 and the 191 stop directly on Baker Street. less than 2 minutes walk from our door. The W8 runs to Chase Farm Hospital and Enfield Town. The 191 runs between Brimsdown Station and Edmonton Green via Enfield Town.
Yes, a patch test is required before laser hair removal and all semi-permanent makeup treatments (powder brows and lip blush). This is a safety requirement, not optional. Please contact us to arrange your patch test at least 24–48 hours before your treatment appointment.

We offer Classic Eyelash Extension Training (£350, 7.5 hrs) and Lash Lift & Tint Training (£280, 6 hrs), both one-to-one with Ayse at the salon. See our About page for full details.
We accept cash, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A deposit may be required when booking certain treatments through Fresha.
Please arrive with clean lashes. No mascara, lash serum or oily eye makeup. Avoid caffeine before the appointment if possible as it can cause eye fluttering. Remove contact lenses beforehand. That's all you need to do. We'll take care of everything else.
We work by appointment only. Walk-ins aren't available. We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for powder brows, lip blush and laser courses which have limited slots. Online booking is open 24/7 via Fresha. You'll see live availability and can confirm your appointment in minutes.
Yes. Lash It Up gift cards are available from £20 in any amount. They can be used against any treatment and are valid for 12 months from purchase. Buy online via Fresha or ask at the salon.
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Some treatments require a deposit when booked via Fresha. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. Please get in touch as soon as you know, and we'll do our best to find an alternative appointment.
Yes, in many cases. Brow threading and lash tint are often combined in a single visit. Shorter treatments like tinting and threading can be added back to back. When booking online via Fresha you can add multiple services in one booking. Call us if you'd like help putting together the right combination.
