What makes Russian volume different
Classic lash extensions are a 1:1 application. One extension per natural lash. Clean and defined, but the volume is limited by how many natural lashes you have to work with.
Russian volume is different. Your technician builds small fans of 3 to 6 ultra-fine extensions — each just 0.05 to 0.07 millimetres in diameter — and applies the base of each fan to a single natural lash. Because the individual lashes are so fine, the total weight across the fan stays low. A well-applied Russian volume set often feels lighter than classic extensions of the same length.
The appointment takes longer than classic or hybrid work. A full set runs to around 2 to 2.5 hours, and the precision required at every stage is higher. Ayse has been applying Russian volume lashes for years. Her sets hold well and natural lash health stays intact throughout.

Who gets the best results
Russian volume works on most clients. It tends to suit best:
- People with sparse or fine natural lashes, where classic extensions would still look relatively thin. The fans create density that a 1:1 technique cannot replicate.
- Clients who have had classic or hybrid lashes before and want more.
- People who want a consistent, full look that holds up well day-to-day and in photos.
Short natural lashes are not a barrier. Ayse works with what you have — fan size and extension length are chosen based on your natural lashes specifically, not a fixed template. At a first appointment she will always look at your lashes before settling on the approach.
Most clients who worry the volume will look too much are surprised once the set is on. In person it tends to look more wearable than photos suggest.
Russian volume pricing
Infills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. Some clients come back at 2 weeks for a consistently fresh look; others go to 3 weeks. We will give you a read at your first infill appointment.
Your patch test: how it works
A patch test is compulsory for all new clients before any lash extension treatment. It is free, takes just 10 minutes, and protects you from an allergic reaction to lash adhesive.

When booking your lash appointment, add a free 10-minute patch test. It must be booked at least 24–48 hours before your main appointment.
We apply the test
A tiny amount of lash adhesive is applied safely to your own lashes. The whole process takes just 10 minutes and is completely free.
Wait 24–48 hours
Monitor the area for redness, swelling or itching. If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, send us a photo so we can confirm you are clear to go.
