Ayse founded Lash It Up over ten years ago with one uncompromising goal: to bring genuinely expert beauty treatments to Enfield, in a space where every client is treated with care and skill. What started as a specialist lash studio on Baker Street has grown into a full-service beauty destination, with Ayse personally driving every standard along the way.

She holds an NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy, the foundational qualification for professional therapists in the UK. On top of that, she's a verified PhiAcademy-certified artist for both powder brows and lip blush. PhiAcademy is one of the world's most respected semi-permanent makeup academies, and only certifies artists who meet their strict practical and theoretical standards. Ayse is also an accredited lash trainer, qualified to deliver one-to-one professional training in classic lash extensions and lash lift & tint. Students travel from across North London to learn at her studio, and many open their own salons or build successful freelance practices after training with her.
